Get in Shape Challenge Day 37 – Wednesday 21st September

This morning proved a great opportunity that I have missed to really smash out a high intensity no restrictions cardio session. The indoor soccer team I play in had a scheduled bye this week which had meant that I cold have pushed myself extra hard in a cardio session, only one problem – I slept through my alarm and didn’t wake up until 7:30am. There is no excuse for me doing this, it really can only be put down to sheer laziness on my behalf. All I can do now is learn from the experience and try to make sure that tomorrow’s weight session is a great one to try and make up for this lost opportunity.
