Get in Shape Challenge Day 44 – Wednesday 28th September

Today, the second day after having injured my shoulder / back on my left hand side it was starting to feel a lot better. When my alarm went off at 5:00am I was really tempted to get up and go to the gym to do my cardio session. After stopping to think about what the repercussions would be if I re-injured myself I decided that it would be better for me to have one extra day off especially as it was a Wednesday so I would get a chance to do a little bit of exercise that evening as we played our indoor soccer game.

Having to not workout for these last couple of days has been really frustrating as I felt like I had gotten into great routine and rhythm throughout the course of this challenge. Tomorrow’s session is supposed to be a weights one and as long as I wake up feeling good about my body tomorrow morning I will get straight into a hard session.
